Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By accessing 33bd, creating an account, or using any of our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh and apply primarily to users based in Bangladesh.
You must be at least 18 years of age. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. If you disagree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, please refrain from using the platform. 33bd reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the platform following any update will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms.
- Minimum Age: 18 years or older.
- Access from outside Bangladesh may be restricted.
- Any changes to the Terms & Conditions take effect immediately upon publication on the website.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
When registering with 33bd, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Creating an account using false information is strictly prohibited, and any such account may be terminated at any time. Each individual may hold only one account; creating multiple accounts may result in all accounts being closed.
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login credentials confidential. You may not allow any third party to access your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, please contact our support team immediately.
User responsibilities include:
- Submitting the required documents for identity verification (KYC process).
- Refraining from any illegal activity, fraud, or manipulation on the platform.
- Report any unusual account activity immediately.
- Keeping your personal information up to date at all times.
Platform Usage Rules & Prohibited Activities
33bd expects the highest standard of conduct from all users. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Placing bets or playing games using fraudulent software, bots, or automated systems.
- Attempting to hack accounts, phishing, or stealing another user's information.
- Withdrawing funds by abusing bonus or promotional offers.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
- Harassing or engaging in inappropriate conduct toward other users.
- Deliberately exploiting any technical flaw or glitch on the platform.
Violations of these rules may result in account suspension or permanent closure, and legal action may be taken where applicable.
Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy (BDT)
33bd supports Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳), and all transactions are conducted through payment methods available in Bangladesh. When making a deposit, please ensure your payment account is registered in your own name.
Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–5 business days. Please keep the following in mind:
- Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified on the Promotions page.
- Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus can be withdrawn.
- Suspicious transactions may be placed on hold for review upon detection.
- Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
- 33bd reserves the right to reclaim any credits issued in error due to a technical fault.
Any tax or levy obligations are solely the responsibility of the user.
Account Suspension, Closure & Limitation of Liability
33bd reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:
- Involvement in violations of the Terms or any fraudulent activity.
- Failure to verify identity or providing false information.
- Extended account inactivity (in accordance with our inactivity policy).
- At the user's own request.
- At the direction of a legal or regulatory authority.
Limitation of Liability: 33bd is not liable for any loss arising from temporary platform unavailability, technical issues, or third-party actions. Participation in gambling or betting is entirely at the user's own risk and discretion. The platform makes no guarantee of winnings.
Upon account closure, any valid balance will be refunded; however, bonus or promotional credits will be forfeited.
Intellectual Property, Third Parties & Applicable Law
All content on the 33bd platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and databases — is protected by intellectual property law. Users may not copy, redistribute, or commercially use any platform content without prior authorization.
Regarding Third-Party Links & Services: Our platform may occasionally reference third-party services. 33bd is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of such services. Users engage with third-party services at their own discretion.
Applicable Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be settled in the appropriate courts of Bangladesh. Should any provision of these Terms be found legally unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
